Any paid service, project, advisory engagement, implementation support, managed service or product access will be governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, proposal, order form or other commercial document agreed between ORA and the client.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms of Service and a signed agreement with ORA, the signed agreement will apply to the extent of the conflict.

6. Fees, proposals and commercial terms

Any pricing, timelines or commercial information provided through the website, in a readiness call or in early discussions is indicative only unless confirmed in a signed agreement.

Fees, payment terms, taxes, expenses, cancellation terms, deliverables and service scope will be set out in the applicable proposal, statement of work, order form or agreement.

You should seek appropriate professional advice before making decisions that may affect legal compliance, tax obligations, accounting treatment, financial reporting or regulated business activities.
